Frozen shoulder or Apabahukam is a condition that causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder joint. It is mainly caused due to vitiation of Vata dosha. Vitiated Vata absorbs the fluids of the joint to cause pain. The problem starts as loss of motion or a feeling of stiffness in the shoulder.
